Newegg - Great company, until they blacklist you for no justifiable reason

New ReviewerNewegg has blocked my account of many faithful years for reasons they can not/will not share with me. Newegg Customer Service could not even tell me definitively if they could unblock it for 2 days. The final answer was that the company that blocked it (Newegg) cannot unblock it and that I should create a new account if I want to purchase items.
As a Vice-President of Customer Service for a technology company, I have to say that this is unprofessional, extremely suspicious, and just plain nonsensical. I would seriously reconsider any staff member who took this position with one of our customers.
Making matters worse, the many web posts I have read suggest that this not at all unusual, and that I will most likely be unsuccessful in creating a new account due to duplication of items such as my e-mail address (perhaps I am expected to change that too).
Newegg has ostensibly forced me to find a new supplier.

Same thing happened to me, no excuse , just sorry and you need to create a new account and a new method of payment...
Time to head to Facebook to let everyone know and find another supplier...
