I sent my laptop in on the 29th of december and got an email on January 3rd saying it had been received (even though it was overnight shipping) and was being evaluated/. On January 7th I called Service Net to find out what was going on because I hadn't heard anything except for that email I got from Nexicore saying they received?. The Service Net customer service told me their memo from Nexicore said repairs had already begun on the 3rd and would take four business days to complete..
I called Nexicore today on the 9th to verify, and the woman told me repairs had not even begun". I relayed to her the information I had gotten from Service Net and she tried to tell me Nexicore hadn't even received my computer until the 4th!!! Which even contradicts the email they sent me on the 3rd! She said repairs had not begun, parts had not been ordered, and they had spent 4 days evaluating my computer'. They were apparently contacting Service Net that day to confirm my warranty covered the repairs I needed, and once that was completed it would take 7-10 business days to repair, assuming they even had the parts needed/. No ETA on how long it would take them if they DON'T already have the parts;. I wish I had never bothered with Service Net OR Nexicore. 1287eb9
