Ordered a Toner cartridge from Newegg. After Four weeks of waiting for the product to ship.

After Newegg had already charged my account $380.00. I called to ask where the toner cartridge was. The customer service was terrible. They knew nothing and put me on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes.

After all the hold time I was told they would call me back within 24 hours. They never returned the call. Three weeks later I was sent a notice that they cancelled my order and that they were going to send me a refund in 3-5 more days. After 7 weeks of waiting they cancelled the order without a call or email!

Thanks for the refund! I will never buy anything from them again.

It's a bad company. Stay away!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Newegg Cons: How they are not responsible for there screw ups.
