I placed an order on the website & had a shopping cart that shows my items and a discount for a free gift item. I only had 1 order. Just 1 shopping cart. I placed my order for the amount stated in the shopping cart and was then charged for the "free game gift" item in a separate second order that I did not authorize. Ordered a phone through new egg on the 1126th of Sept. It had a estimated delivery date of the 15. Her I sit on the 20 of Sept. With no phone and all they can tell me is the shipping label has been printed. What the *** type of customer service so they have working for them. I have called twice and still all they can say is we see where the label has been printed. Stay away from this company total disappointed with how they have handled this... Read more

Newegg sold me a DT CyberPower PC Gamer Ultra 2204W10 preloaded computer with parts that started failing within six months (memory stick) and finished failing at eleven months (complete hard drive failure). I lost data, time, and money. Ordered a Toner cartridge from Newegg. After Four weeks of waiting for the product to ship. After Newegg had already charged my account $380.00. I called to ask where the toner cartridge was. STAY AWAY FROM NEWEGG!! Went through 30 days of *** returning a defective product and getting a refund. Stay away from this company. Their reps did not even know their own procedures as to returning a product and getting the authorization number etc. They would send me email replies that a refund was issued and it was not. I ordered a windows 7 system just in time to upgrade. Newegg messed up the barcode and FedEx send the item to the wrong address. CS knew about it but did not bother to mention that to me, instead they blamed FedEx, after calling FedEx and after investigation they found out what happened and informed me. A hacker ordered stuff from my new egg account. I was able to act quickly and cancel all items except a 99 cents gaming code. New Egg would not refund. Instead they want me to go to my bank which would result in my credit card being reissued. This is a huge unnecessary hassle given that my credit card info was not exposed. This just shows how petty and small minded New Egg is. They don't care about their customers and everything is your problem.... Read more

I purchased ASUS ROG RAMPAGE V EXTREME Motherboard and received a wrong item. same brand motherboard but different model. contacted customer service about this, emailed pictures of the item and sent it back with RMA#. NO other actions with the item. After 3 weeks newegg answered me, that the item has missing serial number or something, broken part, ets. The Dlp chip I ordered from Newegg was supposed to get rid of the white spots. After a few weeks of the new Dlp chip being installed white spots started to appear again. Contacted Newegg to advised them of the problem and was told that they had a few that were defective. Was also told to send it back for a refund. No refund was given because Newegg claimed that the one that was sent back was not theirs. Read more
