Purchased a laptop that could not perform intended function. Shipped it back to them within the 30 FULL REFUND period using their required shipper and their packing.

They claimed it came to them damaged but the shipping box had not damage and the shipper accepts no blame. That computer left our house in perfect condition. We are at the mercy of newegg but they simply wont honor the return WIth this scenario - do not buy from them and it provides pondering thoughts if ecommerce can work. The buyer simple has to trust the seller.

Learned that you cannot trust the seller in this case. They do not care nor attempt to help in any way. I am spreading word to all to avoid this company. This computer was paid for by a young man who saved to make this purchase only to have to lose his money over someone breaking the laptop.

Shame on newegg. I hope their profit makes them feel good about the poor treatment of a student.
