Trying to order 12 adapters and everything goes fine until you get to the order summary screen, at it now says QTY 2 not 12. Been on hold trying to contact them for 20 minutes and also on live chat where I started out as 16th in Que and now I'm down to 13th in Que.
What is it with this company, do they have that many customer issues their customer service people are tied up or is it they don't have but a few people for customer service and figure customers will get tired of holding and hang up? We're done with Newegg
