Ordered a phone through new egg on the 1126th of Sept. It had a estimated delivery date of the 15.

Her I sit on the 20 of Sept. With no phone and all they can tell me is the shipping label has been printed. What the *** type of customer service so they have working for them.

I have called twice and still all they can say is we see where the label has been printed. Stay away from this company total disappointed with how they have handled this issue and will get a return when the phone gets here and go else where.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of newegg customer care. Newegg needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
