Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 Tablet from Newegg Throwback Deals on Dec. 2.

Received but was defective. Returned it on Dec. 16. Replacement was to be shipped on Dec.23.

It is now Jan. 9 and the replacement has yet to be shipped. Also had to return item at my expense and was told would be credited $10 for the shipping cost.

Still no credit has been posted to my credit account. If I had known that it was not coming directly from Newegg would not have ordered.

Reason of review: Defective & Poor Delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Quick responses but poor follow up.
